Ultra Call Forward

Ultra Call Forward (UCF) enables you to remotely forward your calls to another number when away from home

• To use this feature, you must have a PIN and the access number for your state 
   
• If a PIN was not created when the feature was added to your account, contact us

Additional Information:

• When Ultra Call Forward is in use; calls forward to your designated number instead of Voice Mail
   
• Calls cannot be forwarded to an international phone number; toll calls are charged according to your calling plan
   
• Takes precedence over all other Call Forwarding features
   
• Not available in Texas

Activation

• Dial the access number for your state and follow the tutorial
   
• Enter your 10 digit phone number, followed by the # sign
   
• Enter your PIN, followed by the # sign
   
• The tutorial says: 
   
  • Enter the access code for the call forwarding service you wish to configure 
     
• To forward calls to another number, enter *72
   
• Enter the forwarding number as you would dial it; do not hang up until you hear a confirmation tone
   
• Calls are now forwarded 
   

Deactivation

• Dial the access number for your state and follow the tutorial
   
• Enter the 10-digit home phone number, followed by # sign
   
• Enter the PIN, followed by # sign
   
  • The tutorial says: 
     
    • Enter the access code for the call forwarding service you wish to configure 
       
• To end call forwarding , enter *73 
   
• A beep, then busy tone signifies UCF is deactivated
