Introduction

Call Return provides the last number that called with the date and time of that call- Call Return is typically included with an unlimited phone package, used on a per call or by feature subscription
Activation *69
- Listen for dial tone and dial *69; a recording tells you the phone number, date and time of the call
- If the line is busy, Call Return asks if you want to call back; the number is redialed for up to 30 minutes or until the party is reached
Deactivation
- No deactivation needed; after reaching the number or after 30 minutes, Call Return is deactivated that number
Restrictions and Toll Charges
- Call Return is unable to announce calls marked as Private by the caller
- The last incoming call is announced; previous calls are not announced
- Some calls placed from cell phones, multi-line business phone systems (PBX), 800 numbers and 900 numbers may not work with this feature
