Call Block / Selective Call Rejection

Call Block or Selective Call Rejection enables you to block incoming calls from phone numbers you select

• When a number you have blocked calls you, your phone does not ring
   
• Blocked callers hear a recording that states calls are not being accepted at this time
   
• Does not block toll free, international, inactive, telemarketing numbers or auto-dialer numbers
   
•  Not compatible with toll free, international, inactive, telemarketing or auto-dialer numbers
   
• Not compatible with Remote Call Forward or Ultra Call Forward
   

CA, OR and WA: blocks up to 25 phone numbers and is included with unlimited phone

DC Metro, IL, IN, MA, NY, PA and TX: blocks up to 100 phone numbers and is included with unlimited phone

Grande Legacy: blocks up to 99 numbers activated in Phone Manager

Activation and Use (exception: Grande Legacy)

• Dial *60 and follow the tutorial to turn on Call Block
   
• To block the last caller, press #, dial 01, and press # again 
   
• To block a specific number, press #, dial area code and phone number, and press # again
   

Deactivation and Removing Entries (exception: Grande Legacy)

• Dial *60 and follow the tutorial to turn off Call Block
   
• To remove a number, press *, dial area code and number, and press * again
   
• To remove all entries, dial 08 and press *
   
• After reaching the initial Your selective call rejection is on / off, press 3 to turn it on or off
   

 Grande Legacy: Activation and Use

• If the *feature is not available, follow the prompt in Phone Manager to make the changes
   
• Log in to the Phone Manager web portal


• On the Phone Manager tab, go to Screening and click Selective Rejection


• Check the box next to Reject calls if they are from selected callers


• Enter phone numbers to be blocked and click Apply


• Remove entries if the amount exceeds 99 or more; Call Manager can support up to 99 entries
