Channel Requests / Suggestions

Introduction

Resolution Steps

  • Submit an online request at astound.com/support/tv/channel-request/ for:

    • A channel you are interested in that is not on our lineup

    • Broadband streaming access to a network not yet provided

    • Support in regard to programming on an existing channel  

      • Note: channel requests are taken into careful consideration, but that doesn't guarantee the station(s) will be added

      • Requests allow our company to make strategic decisions for adding additional channels to the lineup

  • For complaints regarding what a particular network / channel broadcasts, contact the channel. (The channel determines the programming that is aired.)
