Introduction
Resolution Steps: Submit an online request at astound.com/support/tv/channel-request/ for:

A channel you are interested in that is not on our lineup

Broadband streaming access to a network not yet provided

Support in regard to programming on an existing channel

Note: channel requests are taken into careful consideration, but that doesn't guarantee the station(s) will be added

Requests allow our company to make strategic decisions for adding additional channels to the lineup

For complaints regarding what a particular network / channel broadcasts, contact the channel. (The channel determines the programming that is aired.)
