I Cannot Remember the Email Address I Used when Registering for TiVo® My Account

    • Below the Sign In button on the My Account page, click Email address not on file?

    • You will be directed to the Add My Email Address to My Account page

    • Read the text on this page carefully, and follow the onscreen instructions

    • If you are still having difficulty, please contact us

 

I Forgot the Password I Created when I Registered for TiVo My Account

    • Under the Sign In button on the My Account page, click Forgot your password? 

    • On the Send Me My Password page, enter the email address you used to register

    • A temporary password will be sent to this email address

    • If you have a Spam blocker on this email account, please set it so emails from tivo.com are not blocked

    • Copy and paste this temporary password into the My Account login screen; be sure you do not copy a space before or after the password

    • You will then be prompted to enter a new permanent password

 

I am Receiving Multiple Temporary Password Emails, or a Temporary Password Email that I Did Not Request

    • The Submit button may have been clicked more than once when requesting a temporary password

    • There may be someone else in the household who requested a temporary password (spouse, son, daughter, roommate, etc.).

    • Try to log in to My Account using the most recently sent temporary password

    • If this password does not work, please contact us

 

Entering my Pass Phrase into tivo.com/s/login/

    • The pass phrase is sent to you in an email from TiVo

    • There is a link in this email from TiVo

    • Click on the link and enter the pass phrase to set up a password for your TiVo My Account online!
