Introduction

Although retail TiVos have the capability to add and remove Apps, our TiVos do not
- All TiVos (Retail and our company's) have an Add an App option in the TiVo menu because all TiVos use the same software interface
- The Add an App option cannot be used on our TiVos
- Our TiVos are pre-loaded with a set list of Apps, which cannot be changed by customers
- Our company often adds new Apps through TiVo updates for all our TiVos
