When more than one episode of a One Pass exists, a folder appears in My Shows

A single program may appear in more than one folder, but only one recording is stored on the hard drive

For example, NCIS can appear in My Shows, All, Recordings, and TV Series

When a program is deleted from one folder, it is deleted from all folders
