TiVo / IPTV Video Window

The video window displays your current live show and follows you through your guide or on-screen menus

It is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen, but in newer User Interfaces, it may play as a full screen behind your guide and menus

Please Note: 
 

• TiVo Minis do not have the option to play a Video Window in the user interface (menus)
   
• The Video Window is still visible in the Guide on all TiVos, whether this feature is turned on or off
   

Display options for the Video Window are found below:
 

• 4 Tuners, 2 Tuners, Single Tuners, and Minis on TiVo Experience 3
   
  • Go to TiVo Central | Settings & Messages | Settings | Displays | Video Window

  4K 6 Tuners, 6 Tuners , 4K Minis, and Minis on TiVo Experience 4
   
  • Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Settings | User Preferences | Video Window and Background
    (see steps)
  IPTV
   
  • Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Settings | User Preferences | Video Window and Background
    (see steps)

To temporarily hide the Video Window in the user interface (menus):

• Press the SLOW button on the TiVo remote (not available on IPTV devices)

If you've made the correct settings and are still having trouble seeing the video window try rebooting the HDUI or restarting the TiVo
