No Audio, TiVo Sound Effects Work

TiVo 4 Tuners, 2 Tuners, Single Tuners, and Minis on TiVo Experience 3

• Go to TiVo Central | Setting | Audio | Alternate Audio | Default Audio Language
   
• Make sure there is a yellow check mark next to English; if a different language is selected, it only plays when there is an alternate audio track
   
• If the problem persists, check your TV settings or refer to your equipment manufacturer for further assistance if necessary 

TiVo 4K 6 Tuners, 6 Tuners , 4K Minis, and Minis on TiVo Experience 4

• Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Setting | Audio & Video Settings | Language & Audio Description
   
• Make sure there English is selected; if a different language is selected, it only plays when there is an alternate audio track
