Check Secondary Auto Programming (SAP) settings on the TiVo

4 Tuners, 2 Tuners, Single Tuners, and Minis on TiVo Experience 3

    Go to TiVo Central | Setting | Audio | Alternate Audio | Default Audio Language

    • English should be selected with a yellow check mark, when another language is selected it will only play when there is an alternate audio track
 

4K 6 Tuners, 6 Tuners , 4K Minis, and Minis on TiVo Experience 4

    Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Setting | Audio & Video Settings | Language & Audio Description

    • English should be selected with when another language is selected it will only play when there is an alternate audio track
   

IPTV

    Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Setting | Audio Settings | Language & Audio Description
