TiVo 4 Tuners, 2 Tuners, Single Tuners, and Minis on TiVo Experience 3

Go to TiVo Central | Setting | Audio | Alternate Audio | Default Audio Language
Make sure there is a yellow check mark next to English; if a different language is selected, it only plays when there is an alternate audio track
If the problem persists, check your TV settings or refer to your equipment manufacturer for further assistance if necessary

Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Setting | Audio & Video Settings | Language & Audio Description
