Checking Your TiVo's Service State

The TiVo Service State lets you know the equipment's connection status in relation to the TiVo service

4 Tuners, 2 Tuners, Single Tuners, and Minis on TiVo Experience 3

1. Go to TiVo Central | Settings & Messages | Account and System Info | System Information  (see steps)
    
   • The TiVo Service Account Status is found on line 6 on the System Information screen
