Introduction

Resolution Steps

    For Spam / Reports of Abuse:

  • From the inbox, mark the email as Spam and then delete the email

    • This reports the email to the Abuse Department for future follow up

  • If the Mail Spam service identifies a spam fingerprint in an email, the message cannot be forwarded for any reason

  1. Go to https://residential.wavebroadband.com/support/email-abuse-form/

  2. Fill out the form found there and click submit
