Resolution Steps

- For Spam / Reports of Abuse:
- From the inbox, mark the email as Spam and then delete the email
- This reports the email to the Abuse Department for future follow up
- This reports the email to the Abuse Department for future follow up
- If the Mail Spam service identifies a spam fingerprint in an email, the message cannot be forwarded for any reason
- Go to https://residential.wavebroadband.com/support/email-abuse-form/
- Fill out the form found there and click submit
- From the inbox, mark the email as Spam and then delete the email
