Introduction

Resolution Steps


Do Not Disturb enables a customer to immediately stop incoming calls from ringing on their phone

The feature is included with unlimited phone or can be included in other packaging





Activation


    • Dial *78

    • Follow the tutorial and wait for the confirmation tones

    • When feature is active, the caller hears a message:

      • Customer is not taking calls at this time
    • If the customer has voice mail, calls go straight to voice mail

    • Remains active until feature is deactivated

 

Deactivation


    • Dial *79

    • Follow the tutorial and wait for the confirmation tones

    • Calls are now forwarded to your phone and the message is discontinued
