No Picture, Blue/Grey/Green Screen

Introduction

Resolution Steps

 

  1. Make sure your converter is powered on
     
    • Aim your remote at the TV/Converter, and press the CBL or CABLE button, or press the power button on the converter itself (if possible)
       
  2. If you have a VCR, DVD recorder or a Non-Astound DVR connected to your TV and converter:
     
    • Make sure all connections to the cable outlet and converter are securely tightened

    • Verify the device inputs are correct

         
  3. Which cord do you use to connect your converter to your TV?
     

    Coaxial Cable
    		   Tune to the correct input channel on your TV:
    • Channel 4 (Rocklin / West Sacramento)

    • Channel 3 (all other areas) 

    RCA Type
    (Yellow, Red, White)
    		If you have your original TV remote, check for a button marked Source, TV/Video, Game or Input. Tune to one of the following input channels:
    • AUX (#)

    • AV (#)

    • VIDEO (#)

    • GAME (#)

    • INPUT (#)

    Red, Green, Blue

    		 If you have your TV original remote, check for a button marked Source, TV/Video,Game or Input. Tune to one of the following input channels:

    		 If you have your TV original remote, check for a button marked Source, TV/Video, Game or Input. Tune to one of the following input channels:
