Customizing TiVo Guide Options

Introduction

Resolution Steps

 

 

Sort the Guide by Channel Name or Channel Number*

Press Guide, then press the B button on the remote
(see steps)

 

View Only HD Channels in the Guide*

  1. Press Guide, then press the C button on the remote
     
  2. Select More Categories and Subcategories
     
  3. Select HD, then All HD
     
  4. Select Use these categories from the top of the screen
    (see steps)

 

Viewing specific Categories in the Guide

  1. Press Guide, then press the C button on the remote
     
  2. You can choose from the following
     
    • All

    • Movies

    • Sports

    • Kids

    • News and Business

    • More Categories and sub categories*
       
  3. Press Select. The Guide displays only channels of those specific categories
    (see steps)

 

All Other Guide Options

  1. Press Guide, then press the A button on the remote
     
  2. Select from the following options:
     
    • Date (up to two weeks out, depending on program information )
       
    • Time
       
    • Category (see Viewing specific Categories in the Guide)
       
    • Sort By (Channel Number or Channel Name)*
       
    • Channels
       
    • Show Channel Logos
       
      • On

      • Off
         
    • Style*
       
      • Tivo Live Guide

      • TiVo Grid Guide
         
  3. Press Select twice to highlight View guide with these options and press Select again to confirm
    (see steps)

 

* Feature not available on 4K 6 Tuners, 6 Tuners , 4K Minis, and Minis on TiVo Experience 4

 


 * The above Guide options are not available on IPTV boxes
