TiVo Stream - Original Device

TiVo Stream lets you stream live TV and recorded content from a TiVo DVR, and download non-copyright protected recorded content to a mobile device

• Supports streaming on up to 2 devices at a time when the host is a TiVo 4 tuner or 6 tuner

• Your TiVo Stream must be connected to the home network; out of home streaming is not allowed
   
• Video Mirroring (connecting your device to a TV) is also not allowed
   
• Streaming live content from the host TiVo uses a tuner for each device by starting a recording; channel surfing on your device ties up multiple tuners
   
• To prevent using multiple tuners, stop the recording and delete right from the device

Device Requirements and Compatibility

• iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch running iOS 5.1 or later
   
• Android devices running 4.1 or later with a non-Intel or AMD chipset
   
• TiVo Stream is compatible with Series 4 and 5 retail TiVos

TiVo Stream Setup

• TiVo Stream must be directly connected to a router with MoCA enabled
   
  • Setup when the 4 tuner is near the router
     
  • Setup when the 4 tuner is away from the router
     
• Download the TiVo app to your device
   
• A small, white light on the back of the TiVo Stream starts to blink while searching for the host TiVo
   
• When the light turns solid, launch the TiVo app on your device and start streaming
