Phone Feature Overview for CA, OR and WA

 

Introduction

Our phone service includes 16 FREE calling features, including Call Waiting, Caller ID, 3-Way Calling and more.

Resolution Steps

  • Anonymous Call Rejection - dial *77 to reject Private, Blocked or Anonymous callers and callers who use Caller ID Blocking; feature remains active until you disable it by dialing *87
     
  • Call Forward - dial *72 and the area code and phone number you want your calls forwarded to, when your line is busy or unanswered
     
  • Call Return - dial *69 to get the number of your last incoming call; also get time / date information and return the call instantly; for cell phone numbers, dial the number directly
     
  • Call Waiting - while on a call, hear a short beep to notify you someone else is calling; dial *70 to turn the feature off on a per-call basis
     
  • Caller ID Block - prevents your name and phone number from appearing on the Caller ID display of the person you are calling
     
  • Disable Caller ID Block - Dial *82 to disable Caller ID Block per call when calling an individual who does not accept anonymous calls
     
  • Caller ID - know the name and number of your caller before answering the phone (must have Caller ID phone or device with Caller ID functionality)
     
    • If you subscribe to our cable service and have a TiVo®, you'll also see the name and number of the caller on your main TV
       
  • Call Waiting with Caller ID - see who is calling while you're on the phone; a tone alerts you of another caller and your Caller ID device displays their name and number
     
  • Priority Call - assign up to 10 phone numbers to receive a distinctive alert tone to let you know it is a priority call; Dial *61 and follow the tutorial to add / remove numbers
     
  • Repeat Call - Dial *66 to redial a busy number every 40 seconds, for up to 30 minutes, a distinctive ring alerts you when the call goes through
     
  • Selective Call Forward - reroute calls (up to 10 numbers) to another number. Dial *63 and follow the prompts to set-up / remove numbers on your list
     
  • Selective Call Rejection - block up to 25 incoming calls from selected phone numbers; dial *60 and follow the tutorial for set up and turning off the feature
     
  • SimRing - sign up for Nomorobo, then call us to activate SimRing and block unwanted calls from telemarketers and robo-callers 
     
  • Speed Dial 8 - dial *74 to store up to 8 numbers you can dial by pressing a one-digit number (2-9) followed by # to make a quick and convenient call
     
  • Speed Dial 30 - dial *75 to store up to 30 numbers you can dial by pressing a two-digit number (20-39) followed by # to make a quick and convenient call  
     
  • Three-way Calling - three people, one conversation. Add a third party to a traditional call by pressing the flash / receiver button on your phone
     
  • Voice Mail - dial *9 or your telephone number
